Simon’s dedication to fostering leadership qualities and his innovative approach to business and brand strategy have solidified his reputation as a trusted mentor and coach at the highest levels of management. His educational background and roles in various advisory capacities underscore his thought leadership in the fields of Organisational Culture, Leadership, and Strategy.
Simon gained an MA by Research in Interorganisational Relations from the University of Exeter in 1978, was awarded a D.Univ from Middlesex University in 2010, and was appointed Visiting Professor by Middlesex Business School in 2019. He was a member of the Advisory Board for an ESRC Programme on Cultures of Consumption from 2002-5, a NED for Re:Markable from 2020-22, and was elected Market Research Society Chair by 7000 members between 2008 and 10.
